D2 vs D3 Resume Topic

Does anyone know if the jobs logic values D2 wins more than D3 wins when deciding which jobs you qualify for?

For example, my postseason resume in Phelan looks like this:
D3 - PI championship, NT 2nd round
D2 - NT 1st round, NT 2nd round

Outside of being more recent, would the 2nd round NT in D2 count for more than the 2nd round NT in D3?
