If a first round draftee plays RL in year 1, gets deactivated early in season 2, doesn't play again until season 6 (for unknown reasons), and then is activated and plays normally, will his development be stunted? His player card still only shows 2 pro years, and he's progressing now. I just can't tell if he has a lower ceiling than originally intended, due to 3.5 seasons of inactivity. Thoughts?
