By this he means using rewards points to cash in for Amazon Gift Cards.

I'm having the same issue. Was supposedly Shipped by Email on June 23 but I still haven't received it.

They know they are losing customers, so they are trying to shut down avenues of using your credits if you're going to quit.

If you have had issues with receiving your Amazon Gift Card order after you have received an email saying that it has been shipped, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

If you do not have the email containing the codes, please submit a Customer Support Ticket and let us know and we will make sure that you receive it.
