A little over 24 hours ago, I turned in a ticket with a simple request to change the season range for one of my Theme leagues. Ticket is still marked as pending. It has been a while since I've turned in a ticket... is this length of time normal now? In the past, Tech Support has always been prompt in responding to my tickets.

Thanks for sharing this link. While the may be a few hiccups during the ownership transfer (and Seble is asking for a bit patience as they gear up/staff up), this should be good for WIS in the long run. The way Fox ignored this site over the past several years made the proverbial "red headed step child" look like the "favored first son" in comparison
