He should be fine to lean on in D2 for scoring, set him to -2 and just watch his matchup for ATH. if he equal or better feed him the ball. His LP is so high that he should be fine against nearly any defender. All depends if he will cause fouls due to his ATH. Outside of that he would be perfectly fine to rely on.
I had a guard that was 70 ATH and 70 SPD with 65 PER and 60 LP I set to -2 and leaned on as he was better ATH than any other guard in D2 that I faced. Ended up scoring 18 points a game and made Conference player of the year and 3rd team all American nationally.
