If 2 players are drafted, one at about pick 45-50 and the other at 20-25, how much prestige will a B+ go up by, with B- baseline.

my guess - just a guess - is that if nothing else changes that gets you an A- but the bump doesnt linger

If you get a bump it will be to a- but you might not even get that.

The bump should be minimal. If you were the highest B+ then maybe you might get to the lowest A-.
