How many seasons does it take to get above "neutral" on preferences for recruits, in regards to "wants a long tenured coach"? (Ex 5 seasons is high, 10 seasons is very high).

I've been at my current school for 8 seasons and I get "good" on long-time coach preference.

0 to 1 season = Very Bad
2 to 3 seasons = Bad
4 to 5 seasons = Neutral
6 to 7 seasons = Good
8+ seasons = Very Good

These are completed seasons so grimacedance should get a VG next season.

Does a coach with 8 seasons receive the same bonus as a coach with 28? Or does each season add to the multiplier even though they are both listed as Very Good?

All multipliers are capped at some point but there are some wide variances (so 8 is likely at the low end of the VG) but I believe Seble said all multipliers have a cap as to how far they will go (so its likely there's not too much difference between a coach with 50 seasons and 30 for example).

But a coach with 9 completed seasons has a slight advantage over one that has 8 completed seasons however small if the recruit has Longevity preference.
