On a recruit in Iba. Only sims and me luckily. I promised 25 minutes, also at 10:17 ET. However, it shows that the only actions processed at 11 were "withdraw of 20 minutes" and the 3 HVs I put in. The recruit got ****** I guess and a sim jumped from Moderate to Very High with me, even though I put in a good amount of effort that cycle. Luckily, I have the option to promise 25 minutes, again, and hopefully, that will knock the sims down to low or very low, where they should be. GLITCH GLITCH GLITCH.

Edit: I'm stupid and forgot my most important piece of info: the guaranteed minutes logo disappeared.

I'm completely sure as, at the time, it registers a promise for 25 minutes. I did it 43 minutes before the cycle ran, perfectly awake and sober so I'm 95% there was no error on my part. Now the recruit is tied up with very high against sims. I'm kinda pissrd.

Maybe the Daylight Savings time change screwed it up somehow? Usually if you submit any action it will log something in the history (including the withdrawl of any existing promises in addition to any new ones you offer). What does the player history show?

Player history looks a-ok. The icon disappearing and the large effort loss is my best proof.

Have you sent a ticket? If it’s a glitch, I haven’t heard of it. CS would be the only way to have any vision into what happened.
