quick question regarding promising minutes.

I think I remember hearing a while back that when you promise minutes they are automatically processed first, which if it’s correct would be helpful so I don’t have to rescind all HVs I added on when I want to add minutes or change minutes.

Am I remembering right?

Yes promises are processed first in the cycle they are given so if you offer HVs/CVs in the same cycle as any promise, then the promises are processed first, then the HVs/CVs/AP. Any previous effort offered in earlier cycles are not affected though.
