"Optimize" settings Topic

Does anyone here use the "optimize" option when adjusting their pitching player settings for minor leaguers? Some of those things seem very extreem, especially pitch counts. It makes me think I may not be getting the most out of my pitchers.

I optimize then adjust manually. It usually sets the target count too low for SPs, but the max count too high... just my opinion. It also sets LRs and RPs to pitch near their maximums, and if you leave 'em like that you won't be able to use them in back to back games.

I've never looked to be honest. I optimize and then check in on my minors every 10 games or so. Long as I have guys in the green and no one at 0(0) all is going according to plan. (Course I also try and injure my prospects so I can put em on the DL, so take that as you will.
