Do you get phase two recruiting $$ and AP if a guy leaves the team because he is unhappy with minutes - no broken promises.

From the FAQ:

You only get half of the resources for a scholarship opened due to an unfulfilled promise. Also, you will not get resources for rescinding the scholarship of a player you recruited.

By the looks of it, if he leaves due to the lack of minutes (not breaking a promise of minutes), then you should get full resources for RS2 (whatever that is worth).

thanks - that would be my inference too - wish the FAQ came out and said that you get full second phase resources if the kid is just an entitled whiner who expects minutes when he cant play worth a
