D3- Bethany College, Virginia Wesleyan, Oberlin College
D2- Fairmont State
D1- Marshall, WVU, Toledo

Some of the teams I can explain (I went to WVU, my wife went to Toledo). Others are geographically based (Bethany, VW, Fairmont State). Oberlin is like a bad, bad penny. I keep showing up there. Multiple times. It's like dating an ex-wife (which I did, lol).
Where do you guys want to coach, in a perfect scenario? Or why are you where you're at?

I only have one school which I did coach at once. It is my alma mater and I love everything about that place, the atmosphere is amazing and the Dome of Doom!

They do have a National Championship, which many people do not know, talking about in real life. It was in the 1940's but it is still a national championship. It is also geographically the closest D1 school to me. I also love the challenge of recruiting at Wyoming in this game, unfortunately upon my return, I was unable to get my position back at Wyoming and someone else snagged it on their way up the ladder, hopefully, I can get back there soon.
  • D1 - Wyoming
Literally the cheapest D1 institution in the United States including most out of state tuitions for the in-state counterparts.

my daughter just graduated from WVU!

dream job is colorado d3 just to see if its as good as they say

TAMU is probably D1 dream job but not very motivated to do that.
cuse was other D1 dream job and ive been there done that and enjoyed it

other dream job was oneonta. that was my first hd job and man was i really into it back then its been 10* years since i coached there and i can still name players.

im at pbau because i wanted to see if it is as good as they say

im at greensboro because i wanted to try to carry on the incredible dyansty that narcotico started. i have failed miserably ,,, but have some great conference mates and something inside me thinks that one day i will have some success at greensboro.

my dream d2 school i guess was whittier. at the time i took them over they had never won an NC in any world. We broke through that barrier and it felt good,
I dont think anyone else has ever won at oneonta either.

(ok done patting myself on back)

Only one school I want to coach at... Indiana University. I got my bachelors and MBA there and am a diehard fan. I have been trying to get the job there for a long time now in my two worlds, but am just waiting for it to open up. Here's to continually waiting....

Ultimate dream job would be Michigan State, grew up watching Izzo and Mateen Cleaves cut down the net! However I settled taking a job recently in the B10 at Ohio State which ultimately I am just happy to have gotten to the B10 in general.

One of my favorite Spartans was Matt Steigenga (spelling). Nice job on getting a Big 10 job. After last season's Sweet 16 I was qualified for the Marshall gig but after the implosion this season I don't think D1 is for me.

Illinois (where I went), Northwestern (grew up there, I'll never go there in HD it's such a bad spot), Miami FL (where I live) are my 3 spots.

The Ohio State University for me! I grew up on Jerry Lucas and John Havlicek! I actually remember 1960 when they beat California and Daryl Imoff by 20 points to win the NCAA title as sophomores. The next 2 years the were runners up to the Cincinnati Bearcats led by Ron Bonham.

The Purdue Boilermakers are my dream job. I got my bachelors degree there and still go back to see a few games at Mackey Arena every year. Little known fact - The Boilermakers won a title back in 1932 before the NCAA tournament existed, with the legendary John Wooden at point guard.

For now, I'm coaching my secondary dream job at IUPUI where I got my masters degree and it's pretty much my hometown school in Indianapolis. Butler would be another option for a hometown school, but I don't really have any attachment to them outside of living nearby and going to a game at the iconic Hinkle Fieldhouse once in a while.
