Haven't ever really paid much attention..have you guys seen many All-American's not sniff a chance at being drafted? Thoughts on how the process could be improved altered to be more realistic? Maybe more fluid, players results on the court playing a bigger factor than just some list compiled at the beginning of the season?

Some of the most talented teams are balanced. Their best scorer might get 14-17 ppg. Most of my teams are balanced and my players don't win individual first team awards often. But they are talented and some get drafted.

I give you a guy who was the most talented PG in his conference two years running but could not even make first team All Conference. Team underachieved in NT but he still got drafted round 2.

It's happened to me 2 or 3 times. The AA awards are stats driven. Problem is that isn't that logic that is used when determining whether a player gets drafted, although I do think any player that gets 1st, 2nd or 3rd team should be considered. If I'm an NBA player with the last pick in the 2nd round, no way am I not going to consider such a player.

First team AA. Not on big board. I think draft is mainly about athleticism and speed.

Sherron Collins (Kansas) and Scottie Reynolds (Villanova) were both 1st Team AA’s in 2010 and went undrafted. It happens.

LP+PE are the attributes that drives the draft ranking up the most.

Frank Mason is maybe the best example. Top player in the country goes 35th.
