I am dropping down a division and informing a Juco of a redshirt. I have 63 AP and 5 HVs on. How will he react? He is not wants to play. Note it took me 21 APs to offer him a ship.

juco's usually dont like inform of redshirt

on the other hand, if he is a player who is thrilled to hear from your team he may be fine with it

Not counting in preferences, I have found the impact of informing of a RS to be about 3 HVs.

JUCO s up a level sometimes totally reject a RS and all effort goes to zero and you can’t ever get above that.

i haven’t recruited down a level in 3.0 but I would suspect your results are typical.

Yup I put in 2 HVs and a redshirt along with 20 AP in one cycle and I stayed VH-Mod.
