I am trying to sign a few minor league free agents. His agent says I need to increase my offer, when I try to increase my offer it won't let me it says minimum contract and no bonus. How do I negotiate with minor league players?

You can't negotiate, the best you can do is offer them a ST Invite. I believe the minor league Free Agents are more likely to take an offer from a team with less players on the depth chart at their position, and possibly quality of coaches? Not totally sure on the coaches though, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes it has to do with your depth chart vs. other teams'. Don't pull your offer if you want the player - whichever team(s) are on top may drop out. I've had that happen. These players usually don't sign till the Free Agent period is almost over.
