So this isn't a situation I'm in, but I'm sure a lot of people have a dream job that is occupied by another coach.

So I started to wonder. Has there ever been a situation where a coach A offered coach B HD credit or real world items in exchange for coach B leaving the position. Of course this wouldn't guarantee that coach A would get the job.

Also it would be hard to make sure that both coaches went through with the agreed upon terms.

Anyone have stories similar to this? Or do you just wait it out?
