Reserving a team means you start when the season starts. RS2 is only available for a new job when you played the previous season, because it’s basically the final part of the season.

Then you should have been able to access your schedule. Not sure why you're surprised that you can't recruit in RS2.

I’m saying the only way you get in on RS2, which is basically the last part of the previous season, is if you were actually coaching the previous season. I don’t mean this to be condescending, I know the process is a little confusing, and probably not optimal. But that’s the simplest way to understand how the current system is set up, I think.

Was I playing last season?
Yes - you can recruit RS2 if you go through the job change process (but not if you reserve a team)
No - No RS2 from the previous season
