On a D1 team I’m thinking about taking over, the previous coach only signed one recruit in RS1, but he is ineligible.

What are the odds this guy shows up next season vs. going juco? And is that affected at all by the fact that the team will have a new coach, or is it the same dice roll regardless?

I don't think you being the new coach effects the die roll. Keep us posted.

So the ineligible player recruited by the prior SIM coach did show up:

Should be a really nice player to rebuild this Utah St team around. And it's better that he sit out this year anyway since we're going to be awful. I'd rather have him around the next 4 years as I can get better players around him.
