18 yr old Drafted, but Unsigned Players Topic

What happens to players that were 18 years old in the previous season and they were drafted out of high school, but not signed. I am talking about guys that were slot money guys. Not guys that had a scholarship on the table. Do these drafted, but unsigned players show up somewhere in free agency the next season?

I think the 22 y/o college guys do but the rest just go to work in Pop's hardware store.
