I should know this, but please refresh my memory.

The Lefty/Righty pitcher vs. The Lefty/Righty hitters.

Generically, do Lefty pitchers do better vs. Right handed hitters?

And do Lefty hitters do better vs. Right handed Pitchers?

What about Lefty vs. Lefty, or Righty vs. Righty, who has the advantage?

The advantage given to a RHB vs. LHP is ~4.5% as I recall. Vice versa for LHB vs. RHP. Switch hitters are not given an advantage. So Lefty pitchers are at a disadvantage vs. RH batters. Lefty hitters have an advantage vs. right handed pitchers. Lefty pitcher has advantage vs. LHB. That's how I play things.
