Owners,
I play $255 mill cap leagues and many of them. With the new player/pitcher salary increases it has really made things more competetive and hindered owners from loading up with high dollar players. If you use the AAA picks wisely you can make up a little of the difference. But there are still some owners that can get a starting 25 ( w/ no AAA ) at $ 330,933,154 or $75,000,000 over cap. HOW ??

If the league takes too long to form and the salaries change before the league is filled, that could be the reason. The commissioner would need to review rosters and remove people from the league so they could redraft.

Also if this is a TOC, salary updates don't matter, just the salary at the time. Some TOCs take a while to fill.

I don't mind the dynamic pricing, but there should be a limit to a player's increase. 2000 Pedro shouldn't cost almost $20M. He is at $19.7 now.
