For all the guys in D3 and D2 that exclusively go for D1 players. Guys like this do exist in your own level.

64 ATH is green
65 SPD is black
61 DEF is green

LP, PER and Pass are all green.
Stamina is Blue

These guys do exist. You won’t face any competition for them and they’ll sign in the first session.

I don't know what world you are talking about for D2, but in Iba or Phelan there will always be massive competition for a D2 guy of this caliber.
