I took over a new team and this button seems to be enabled. How do I disable it? Thanks.

Just change the minutes to how you want them and save it.

Yeah, but the problem is that changing the team practice for the formations throws everything back to the so-called optimized values for the individual practice. Isn't there a way to turn off the optimizing? IIRC with my first team, raising the team practice would just raise the totals above 130 minutes and then I could restore the 130 any way I chose.

Click on Office>User Settings and there is a setting called Practice Plan Formula Mode.

I honestly didn't know or remember that was there. But I must have set it to Do Not Change right when 3.0 came out
