Just wondering if you merge worlds does the season counter reset?

You lose the entire histories of each world that is merging. Like starting from scratch, but with established players whose histories are virtually unknown.

You also lose your own history. Trophy's and record wise in that world. It will only appear on your overall record on the top of your profile.

I have no love for mergers on account of the loss of history and will not stay in a world that is going through a merger. I'll wait 8-10 seasons until a history is amassed again. Also, the worlds that I dropped due to a merger were by and large in the same position as before within 5-6 seasons. Looking and waiting for 6-8 new owners to join.
