Allow the Job Change Screen to be visable, but not accessible on the day before you can pursue jobs. This will allow people who want a better job or to move up, to see if they can BEFORE they have to renew. Just in case they want to either change positions, or quit in any given World. As it stand now, if you want to move up, you MUST renew, and often you end up being stuck with a team you are very unhappy with, but you are stuck.
