Recruiting resumes tomorrow but the draft is after recruiting.

You will find out immediately after the NC game is played (all EEs/Transfers will send you an in-game mail indicating their departure). You should immediately get recruiting $$$$ for any EEs (but only half $$$ for transfers due to broken promises). EEs don't actually disappear from your roster until after the season rolls over.
