Does anyone know the metrics used to determine the Conference Coach of the Year Award? Trying to figure out how a SIM I beat three times this season got it instead of me.

I realize I shouldn't be upset about this, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a little ticked off.

CCOY is based upon improvement mostly. Since your team wasn't super duper better than last season, it didn't really think you were worthy of the CCOY. It happens ALL the time.

NCOY doesn't work that way though. It focuses on actual success.
