So I'm and idiot and missed the renewal deadline for Rupp. I know the knowledge base says you have to reapply and I did but also submitted a ticket. How likely am I to get my team back? I've been at my current school for 58 seasons and am coming off a final 4 season. I think losing that would be the end of HD for me and I've been around since 2007....

if no one else applies, forum reports suggest they will just give you back your team

if someone qualfiied applies, you may be out of luck

I suggest you go to the Manage Renewals section and check the "Auto Renew" box!

It’s possible that even if someone else gets the job, they can switch if the other coach agrees. Stay in contact with CS.

This happened in my conference a few seasons ago. Someone forgot to renew and another coach took over. They messaged each other and Robertoo agreed to let the original coach have his team back. If it comes to that i would suggest talking to the coach that takes over your team and maybe offering them 1 free season in WIS.

If they refuse, take a division rival job, build it up and beat him twice a year. I've seen that too :)

That's the answer I got from CS as well. Hopefully I just get the job back during applications. I think my resume is pretty solid. Just a .727 winning percentage, 46 conference championships, 55 tourney bids (including an active 51 season streak), and 1 championship. I guess it could be better but oh well
