So if I had one scholarship left and I had enough points where he would be able to be offered a scholarship at11 PM the last day , is there any chance of signing him? Assume no one else is interested.

I think you would have to offer the scholarship at 5pm in order for it to process. Im not sure you can do any recruiting action at 11pm on the last day

yeah I thought so. By my math I would miss being able to offer that scholarship by 5 % anyway - good thing its not exactly Michael Jordan
