If a recruit is listed as "No Preference" for playing time, does offering him promised minutes or promised starts provide any value at all?

And as a follow up, if you do offer promised minutes/starts to a "NP" guy, and he signs, does he expect you to hold him to those promises?

Its a one time bonus for players with no playing time preference. Players with a Preference for PT get a bonus after every cycle!

To clarify, if you offer PT to a recruit with a PT preference, your other recruiting efforts in that cycle and subsequent cycles are enhanced. If you make no recruiting effort in a cycle, there is nothing to enhance and therefore no bonus. A bonus doesn't automatically appear in a cycle in which you make no efforts. You should at least do some AP's -- they will be enhanced just like the efforts you pay for.
