Ok so I am new to this game and got lucky winning to the elite 8 in my first season ever, but I had a very good team. I'm nor in D2 with my third team in three seasons and it was ran by the sim the season before and finished 14th in the country. Now I know this is going to be a rebuilding mode since I'm losing about six seniors from that team. I get the recruiting part somewhat OK, but my question to you Veterans of the game is....Team Game plan.

I am running Triangle offense with M2M defense.
My question to you guys and gals is the tempo, positioning, and the Halftime adjustment.

Tempo: Running triangle what would be a good set number to put that on during the game then while winning and/or losing?

Positioning: Now this is a main one I have yet to figure out. I know -5 stops the inside and +5 stops the outside shooting. What is a good number to set that on and should I have it set for halftime adjustment if winning/losing?

Losing and wining late: What should I set the points and minutes for in this situation of the game.

I set halftime adjustment to never. I usually know what the opponent is gonna do and I'd prefer to stick to my initial game plan.

Defense against sims 0, never adjust for halftime, +1 winning, -1 Losing. Humans varies.

winning on offense 0 or attack basket with a negative number. If three point reliant team go +1 or 0. Losing on offense +2-5 depending on your three point shooters.

Adjust minutes and points based on how close you expect it to be. Think you will crush them and have quality depth to spare? 2 min 10 points. Increase time if depth is an issue. Decrease points for expected close game. Increase time and decrease points to throw in a late surprise such as a late three point barrage or power game to try to change the tide.
