Support Ticket system broken Topic

DEAR CS,
Support ticket logic is broken. The drop down for problem categories will not "drop down" and without a category listed the system will not submit requests. I have only been trying this morning, so it may be a short term situation you are working on. Thanks

Are you using the sportshub ticket system or the old one through WIS?

Are you trying to use the old system? The SportsHub system uses “League Safe”. There isn’t a problem category like before. The only drop down is to denote what kind of device you’re using (phone, tablet, or PC, etc) and it’s working for me.
