Below is a list of one team's roster AFTER recruiting closed. Can somebody explain how a team can have 13 players?
I base part of my recruiting a player on how many open slots other recruiting teams have. I thought that scholarships had to be rescinded to keep a team at, or below, 12 players total. Does that rule pertain equally to all teams?
