If a player listed as "T1B" has the little baseball next to his name, will he pitch first or will the player I have listed as "T1A" start?

Whichever pitcher has the baseball next to his name will start.

The guy with the little baseball will start the game. And the guy listed as T1A will probably not even appear in the game. So you might want to go ahead and switch how they are listed if you want them both to pitch.
