For a starting pitcher, if his Auto Rest is set to 95, on the day he is pitching, as long as the numbers shown are at least 95(100), he will start. Correct?
I'm a little confused about this after reading another forum post about the meaning of it being a full 100.
99(100) - as opposed to just 100.
