I love HBD. It's a really fun game, and I spend way too much of my free time thinking about roster construction, and reading boxscores.

It seems clear that WIS will be making no further investment in the game, which is a shame. There are so many improvements that could be made that would make an already great game even better, and would go a long way to attracting new users. I play the game and continue to play the game because it's fun, even though there are so many little frustrations in UX, logic and baseball IQ that owners have to navigate around.

It would be wonderful if WIS could make even small investments in improvements, but I do not hold out any hope for this.
Not sure what I'm looking to accomplish here other than venting, so, vent over.

tl;dr Love this game, please make it better WIS (I do not hold out hope for this)

I agree.
Even a simple updated stadium patch is a great start.

Echo what the OP stated. I mostly enjoy the game, but there are a few aspects that really frustrate me. The draft prospects list has been broken for some time and I'm currently revisiting that. There should be an equitable distribution of positions regardless of scouting dollars but I'm looking at an overwhelming majority of DHs, 1Bs, LFs out of 500 players and a small handful of SSs, 3Bs, Cs and zero CFs. Currently spending $9M in both HS/College but have been $16M-20M in the past with similar results.

The last dev update was over three years ago, so it's clear they're content to take our money without maintaining the game. Not really a good way to grow your business.
