2010 was when that was re-posted. originally may have been way before that. i feel like this was back before potential.
i think i remembering right hat back then there was no limit to how good a player could get in any category... just a function of starting point, practice minutes and work ethic. seems weird... but thats the way i remember it.
your memory is correct, there used to be no limit, outside the 100 limit (A+ for FT). also playing time is part of that function.
to the OP's question - i suspect there is a chart or something out there better than what i can rattle off. roughly, i find that green is about 1 grade on average, definitely not 1 and 1/3rd on average - less. i think its pretty rare to see more than 1 and 1/3rd growth in FT. i think the odds of F to A+ are between 0 and 0.1%. but further, i think the odds of +2 grades is really low, at least under 2%?
roughly, i find that blue is about 2/3rds of a grade, maybe a tad more, and black is a little higher than 1/3rd, on average - maybe more like 1.5 thirds, probably a bit less - one and a third thirds? :) i think low ticks a little under 1/3rd of a grade left (between 0.5-1 thirds i would guess).
