So, the season has ended. The playoffs are underway and I'm not in them. I'm looking at my lineup and splits to plan for next season, and one of my hitters has disappeared. His contract isn't up for two more seasons, he's still listed under "edit rosters", but he doesn't appear in any of my lineups or on the bench. Instead, there are 12 hitters in my lineup/bench but 13 in "edit rosters". What gives?

Did you bring him up to the majors at or after the Roster Expansion date? On your Edit Rosters screen switch the View to Status. I'm guessing his status for Playoff Roster reads "Eligible" or "Off". That's why he's not showing up in the lineup.

If you keep him in the majors he'll start next season with a salary of $343k. If you send him back to the minors, 59k.
