Someone made a Sim AL years ago. I thought that was clever.

Back in the early days if you guys remember Plumpy.... people thought he worked for WIS so I made a Plumpy Admin user name and really got people thinking that. Unfortunately WIS closed that account on me.

Several good ones out there. Tough to pick one. Its like music it depends on my day and mood for the best. Here are some that I have played. Each of these guys are on at least one all time winning list in at least one world:

Is larry_eustachy still around? I think that was his user name. I always thought it was funny because he started using it right after the real guy got drunk and tried to hit on sorority girls at Mizzou. What made it worse (and funnier) was that Larry was coaching Iowa State at the time and it was the same night that his team had lost to Mizzou, and apparently he was complaining to the girls about how bad his players sucked. Classic.

i guess the rest of you just missed out on the 'name yourself after an alcoholic coach you idolize before you realize what a mess he is' train. or maybe that larry guy was wise by then and it was a joke. sadly, mine was meant sincerely :( i started during that honeymoon period for coach gillispie at UK, after he was hired and before he coached a game.

one of my golf buddies, on the rare occasion that i crushed a drive, shouted "DAVIS LOVE THE THIRD!!!" , since then, "Davis" has been my go to golf nickname. for obvious reasons i do not discourage the use of this nickname.

plumpys final year was year 001 of tark. pretty sure he went awol halfway through the season, but in some fitting homage to his greatness, his team went on to win the NC. i know this because my dudes were runners up. im obviously not a fan of losing but that time i almost didnt mind,,, almost
