When recruiting how do you target players that on run your defense and offense?

I would give that very small weight - maybe a tiebreaker between equally interesting recruits

An exception would be if you are chasing a juco to fill a need, you would want to look at the scheme they run and give it some weight

If I'm going to be starting a freshman PG, I will give a slight preference to a guy who runs my offense.

I don't weigh it one bit on non-jucos. Don't look at all. It matters a big amount on jucos though.
