I would love to see the new ballparks that have been built in MLB the last 7-10 seasons added in to HBD to replace old ones. Stadiums such as the New Ballparks in Texas, Miami, and Atlanta. I think the 10 day DL would be a great addition as well instead of 15 or 60 day DL.

Disagree on the 10-Day. It hasn't worked in the majors. Since they brought it in, the Dodgers have pretty much used a 16-man pitching staff.

Also, minor injuries happen in this game far less frequently than in real life. I don't suspect any of the owners would want to mess with that particular part of it.
