Owner in one of my worlds just asked about moving his franchise to a different division.

I know you can change cities in the same division with the same franchise. You can also take a completely new franchise in a different division.

But can you move your franchise to a new division? I don't think so, but wanted to see if this has happened elsewhere.

I would imagine you could put in a ticket to see if they would move you. Not sure if it would happen.

I am not sure if you can do it that way, but i know that when they merge Worlds, they can take a franchise in one division and move it to another within another, even within a different World. However, you are correct, I assume a ticket request is required.
