I'm having some problems with the way SIMMY executes these. Anybody else?

I am trying to put in a replacement SS, move my starting SS to 3B and my 3B to RF, but SIMMY keeps leaving out the 3B to RF move and leaving in the starting RF.

Other moves, like a better fielding C, 1B and LF are happening just fine.

I have had the same problems and gave up. If anybody could help, that would be appreciated.

Go through the hierarchies you have at each position. If you want the 3B to move to RF, the 3B should be in the 1st RF slot and the RF should be in the second RF slot.
If the 3B is just going to the bench it's because something else is telling the sim he's unavailable.

I set it to rarely use so I never pay attention.

I have the same issues as well.

I use it for every team. Especially for the C and RF positions. However, whenever I try something fancy like moving my 3b that started the game to RF, moving my SS that started the game to 3b and having a SS come in from the bench, the simmy can't seem to figure it out. Maybe i need to look closely at the box scores to see if pinch hitting/pinch running occurred sometime during the game that prevented the triple switch.

Yeah, that's what I have always chalked it up as. I just assume that a guy that was in the defensive replacement rotation was used and it screwed up everything behind him.
