Depends on the kind of offense. Different parks accentuate different offensive abilities.
If you're going to an extreme hitters park like Coors or Hilltop, you definitely need great range in the field to take away hits and give your pitching staff a break. Otherwise you will have to spend more money on innings than you otherwise would which means youre spending less on quality and more on quantity.
If you're going to an extreme pitchers park like Petco or Safeco, that allows you to spend less on innings and less on great range, since there will be fewer hits to take away.
In general though, the choice of park should be mostly about what your team does better or worse than the teams you will be facing. So if you pick modern Yankee Stadium, draft lots of HR hitters and pitchers who don't give up HRs. If you pick Target Field, you shouldn't draft any HR hitters. That kind of thing.
