So I'm in my first playoff since returning after 6 years...

I rested some player in the last couple of games and had monkeyed with my lineup. So I decided to hit the "Show Recommendations" button for a lineup suggestion.

The only thing I noticed before Game 1 was that it put Ashburn '58 (++ OF) at DH and Heilmann '27 (a dreadful fielder) in the OF. I fixed that and let it go.

Fast forward to the box score after game 1- and what do I see?
Joe Mauer '08 at SS
Nap Lajoie '10 at C
Honus Wagner '05 at 2B (he did not play 2B that year)

We won the game 10-9 somehow, but how/why on earth would this be the recommended setup?
