Hi everyone. This is my first attempt at creating a league, and I am hoping there are some interested folk. The players eligible for this league need only to fit 2 criteria - their team must have missed the playoffs the year you are drafting them and the earliest season we are going to use is 1979/1980. For example, the only 2 seasons Michael Jordan would be eligible in this league would be his two Washington seasons in 2002 & 2003.

• $49 million salary cap
• Players from non-playoff teams in seasons 1979/1980+ (split seasons are okay as long as the team listed did not make the playoffs that year)
• No clones, trades, waiver wire, or rookies

It's not a draft league, right? I like the theme concept earl, it's just time consuming to do the research. If it starts to fill I'll get a team in.

Thanks - doesn't look like there is a lot of interest right now, but we'll see. I'm not nearly skilled or knowledgeable enough for draft leagues, so yeah, this isn't one of those.
