This is hopefully quick and easy to answer but just wanted clarification on practice/player progression:

-Study hall minutes can be dropped to 0 after game 24 when final grades post?
-When do practice minutes begin to process/players progress - during exhibition or after or sooner?
-Do practice minutes/progression stop when the national tournament starts?
