Biden 2020 Topic

Who wants to take up a bet with me that the """anarchist""" who sprayed "Biden 2020" on the burned building in Louisville turns out to be a right-winger or a cop?

Zero chance that an anarchist is pro-Biden enough to tag a building with it.

not taking the bet, but how would you go about proving it?

The umbrella guy turned out to be a white supremacist.

cameras are here there and everywhere

so, you're saying you could see a picture and know he is a right winger or a cop? Not likely.

Tang could. He knows everything about everything and everybody - just ask him - he'll make something up.

A right winger and most cops are dumb enough to leave their MAGAT hats on

No need to guess or look for such clues with Liberals: they proudly tell you when they've destroyed others' property and then defend why.

A *liberal* would never destroy property for political purposes. No way.

The reality is that witnesses are notoriously unreliable, particularly when in reality most relevant witnesses were probably asleep. Beyond the question of whether the police announced themselves is the question of whether that makes any difference when they execute a warrant after midnight when the suspect can be reasonably expected to be asleep and not hear the announcement in any case. The boyfriend is setting up his story very clearly. He's claiming they were asleep in bed, awakened unexpectedly, and believed a home invasion was going on, so he took action to defend the home. Which would have probably been deemed legal. We'll never know if that's true or if he initially decided he didn't want to go quietly, but it's at least totally plausible. Why are police waking people up in their beds to serve a warrant? It's asking for trouble.

A lot of protesters are complaining that the lack of formal homicide charges is a miscarriage of "justice." They claim they want "justice." I'm sorry, but justice is not the same thing as revenge. What these people want is revenge. Based on the details we have now, this is all about the need for reform. Trying or convicting officers for murder for carrying out lawful orders is not justice. Making an example of individuals for following their training is not justice. Our police cannot safely do their job if they aren't allowed to shoot back when somebody starts shooting at them. Again, I don't have all the details. If they release the evidence from the grand jury trial maybe we will see that there were mitigating circumstances that would warrant a homicide trial. I can't rule it out. But what I can definitively say is that based on the small amount of public information, calling for the heads of the officers, and calling it "justice," is absolute nonsense.
Thank you for the logical, well thought out, and factual post.

This post is evidence that your heart is full of hate. If you had any empathy (probably your latent racism prevents this) you would want revenge too. Say her name.

you're the one that is hateful. You hate the cops, you hate middle aged white men. There are probably others that you hate. Were you in the bedroomwhen it went down? If not, you don't know what happened. Not saying dahs is right or wrong. I don't know.
