This is a 24-team, 6-division progressive league (with 2 wild cards) now entering 2004, its 42nd season. In addition to having 25 active players (+ IR), each team will also have 6/4 average AAA. DH at AL parks, pitcher bats at NL parks (except in 2020, when there will be a universal DH).

Los Angeles and Cincinnati rosters as of the end of the 2003 season are below, though they may move to either Arizona, Colorado, Florida, or Milwaukee. Los Angeles will likely pick 5th or 6th each round, and Cincinnati has made the playoffs with the best record in the entire league, so it will pick anywhere from 20th to 24th depending on how it finishes its postseason. Neither teams has traded for or away any of its picks.

UPDATE: League is now full!
