What's the difference in themes between low and regular AAA ? Performance ? Playing Time ? Both ?

Lower stamina is the biggest difference. Performance is bad though you get an occasional player who can hit .above 250 or so. Many of the hitters have D- range. The Pitchers may be useless for anything but Mopup. There is a lot of discussion about this on the main forum.
